On Calhoun there are cats that walk across the street. But they only will walk on Calhoun and Pearl. So they won't get to their destination, which will probably be somewhere else on Otis or Broadway.
To make it safer for them to walk across the streets, there should be a thing called catwalks.
Catwalks are going to be like bike lanes, but they will have strong fences, so cars won't crash into them.
There are three cats named Jack-Jack, Cookies and Cream, and Snowball who walk along Calhoun Street. Smadey lives on the other side of Broadway, but can't go along Calhoun.

We have a cat named Black Bart. This is Black Bart talking:
Meow. Meow. Meow.
[Hi, I'm Black Bart]
(Black Bart is named after BART trains, and he likes eating classic paté.)

Black Bart stays in the backyard when he goes outside.
Catwalks will be a safe form of transportation for cats to be able to walk across busy streets like Broadway and Otis.
